How to redeem your voucher/coupon code

Viva Nation Subscription Vouchers
  • Save the voucher code that appears on the winning pop-up message on the microsite. Voucher codes will not be re-issued. 
  • Follow the specific link provided for the relevant subscription voucher won (the voucher code must match the relevant subscription period to work):

  • To Redeem: 
    • Register on the user Portal by Clicking on the 'Continue' button. 
    • Click on the ‘Register” button at the bottom of the login form. 
    • Complete the Registration form with your details including a valid email address. 
    • Select ‘Sign Up’ and then use your login details to login. 
    • Paste your winning voucher code in the box provided, click ‘Apply’ and then select ‘Debit Card’ and Submit. 
    • The winner must fill in their credit card details and click on Activate. The winner may cancel their subscription at any time for the recurring subscription. 
  • The winner may now proceed to view the content listed. 
  • Voucher code valid until 29 February 2024 | Only 1 subscription may be redeemed per user account | The voucher may not be used in conjunction with other promotions.

TicketPro Coupon Codes
  • Save the voucher code that appears on the winning pop-up message on the microsite. Voucher codes will not be re-issued. 
  • View experiences/events on the home page that you may also choose from: https://www.ticketpros.co.za/
  • Once you have found an activity/experience/event that you would like to redeem your coupon code for, you can check to see available dates and times on the site. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your coupon code may not be used on check-out on the Ticket Pro website. You can merely view the available activities/experiences/events that you may choose from and available dates/times. Once you have chosen the activity/experience/event and checked available dates/times, please complete the online form to make your booking.

  • If your chosen activity/experience/event is available on your requested date and time, your tickets will be emailed to you within 5 working days. 
  • Please note that the booking office that receives your email is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 am – 16:30 pm and closed on public holidays. 
  • Please allow a minimum of 5 working days BEFORE your activity/event/experience in order to make the booking.
  • All activities/experiences/events are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • To qualify for the R20 voucher code, a minimum purchase of R100 is required
  • To qualify for the R40 voucher code, a minimum purchase of R200 is required
  • Payment for the difference to be paid directly to TicketPro. Please note a payment link will then be sent directly to you, with the difference in value for you to settle before any tickets will be issued. 
  • Once your tickets have been issued, no cancellations or changes to your booking may be made. 
  • Please take note of the provided experience voucher expiry date and redeem your voucher before it expires. No lost, stolen or expired vouchers will be replaced. It is your responsibility to keep the voucher safe.

Shop and Ship Coupon Codes
  • Save the voucher code that appears on the winning pop-up message on the microsite. Voucher codes will not be re-issued. 
  • To Redeem:
    • Visit www.shopandship.co.za and create an account using a valid email address. 
    • Log into your account and shop for items. The coupon code may be applied on check-out. 
    • The coupon code is R50 off your order when you spend a minimum of R500 or more (valid for all products). 
  • Voucher code valid until 29 February 2024 | One per customer | May not be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Uber Eats Vouchers
  • The UBER EATS voucher code will be sent via SMS and may only be redeemed via the Uber app and used within cities in the Republic of South Africa where the Uber app is available. 
  • To Redeem:
    • Ensure you have an Uber Eats account - if not create one using a valid cellular number
    • Ensure you have a bank card added to your account (vouchers are only accepted if there is a secondary payment type already loaded) 
    • Go to the Payment section in the Uber app
    • Tap Add Payment Method and select Gift Card 
    • Enter the voucher Code
  • You must have an active and valid Uber account to redeem the voucher. You will be required to add a secondary payment method in the form of your bank card, to use the voucher with the Uber app in case the balance from the voucher is not sufficient to cover the price of your order. 
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 month.

Concert Ticket Coupon Codes
  • Save the voucher code that appears on the winning pop-up message on the microsite. Voucher codes will not be re-issued. 
  • To Redeem:

    • Enter the coupon code on Check-out under APPLY VOUCHER. 
    • Up to 3 tickets may be purchased per coupon code. 
  • Coupon codes are only valid for redemption before 31 October 2023, or the tickets are sold out | The coupon code is only applicable on this specific event | The event is at a set location and the coupon code may not be exchanged for an alternative event or location | Once your ticket/s has/have been purchased, no cancellations or changes to your booking may be made | Event Ts&Cs apply.

Concert Tickets
  • The Concert Ticket, will be provided via email. As this is a manual process of emailing the tickets to each Concert Ticket winner, the ticket may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to be delivered, after the winner’s slip is verified. 
  • The Concert Ticket will need to be printed and taken along on the day of the event in order to gain access at the gate. 
  • This is for a set date, time, event and location, and the ticket may not be exchanged for an alternative event or location. 
  • No lost, stolen, deleted, misplaced or expired tickets will be replaced | Travel costs to and from the event is for the winner’s own account | Event Ts&Cs apply.

Airtime
  • The airtime will be loaded onto the cellular number that the instant winner nominates on the microsite upon receiving a message that they are an instant winner. 
  • If no cellular number is provided before the question times-out, the winner will have forfeited their prize and a new winner will be randomly drawn.
  • Airtime may only be loaded on Prepaid cellular numbers. Contract numbers will not receive the airtime if nominated and no airtime will be reissued. 
Data
  • Data will be instantly loaded onto the cellular number that the winner used when entering the promotion on the Press Play with Stimorol microsite. 
  • The actual data amount to be loaded will be determined by the winner’s cellular service provider, but the monetary value per service provider will be as follows Cell C: R10 | MTN: R10 | Vodacom: R12 | Telkom: R14.
Superbalist Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS and are only redeemable on www.superbalist.co.za. 
  • To Redeem:
    • Login or register at www.superbalist.co.za
    • Go to WALLET
    • Enter the voucher code under “Redeem a Gift Card”
    • Shop and select CREDIT on checkout, as your payment method. 
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Takealot Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS. 
  • To Redeem:
    • Login or register at https://www.takealot.com.
    • Go to Your Account.
    • Click on Enter a Gift Voucher Code and enter your voucher code.
    • Shop! Voucher credit will automatically apply to your order when shopping on the website. When shopping on the App, select Credit as your payment option.
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Spotify Subscription Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS and are redeemable on the Spotify app. 
  • To Redeem:
    • Log in to www.spotify.com/redeem 
    • Enter the PIN
    • Click Redeem
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

TFG (The Foschini Group) Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS and are redeemable at any of the Foschini Group stores (Bash) including but limited to Foschini, Markham, The FIX, Fabiani, Relay Jeans, G-Star Raw, Totalsports, Sportscene, Duesouth, Charles & Keith, Soda Bloc, @Home, and/or American Swiss.
  • To Redeem Online:
    • Visit www.bash.com or any of TFG's online stores and sign into your account (or create an account)
    • Add your desired items to your shopping bag.
    • Apply your eGift Card number in the Payment Summary when placing your order.
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Netflix Subscription Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS and are redeemable on the Netflix app. 
  • To Redeem:
    • Visit www.netflix.com/code
    • Enter the code
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

iTunes and Google Play Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS and are redeemable on either the iTunes or Google Play App respectively. 
  • To Redeem a Google Play voucher:
    • Open the Google Play app.
    • At the top right, tap the profile icon.
    • Tap Payments & subscriptions. Redeem gift code.
    • Enter the code.
  • To Redeem an iTunes voucher:
    • On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, open the App Store app.
    • At the top of the screen, tap the sign-in button  or your photo.
    • Tap Redeem Gift Card or Code. If you can’t see Redeem Gift Card or Code, sign in with your Apple ID.
    • Tap Enter Code Manually, then follow the instructions on the screen.
  • Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Grocery Vouchers
  • Vouchers will be sent via SMS and are redeemable at any Pick n Pay store (in-store only). 
  • To Redeem:
    • Vouchers are only redeemable in Pick n Pay stores in South Africa
    • Each voucher has a unique voucher number
    • Each voucher can be used multiple times until all the funds on the voucher has been spent
